BS HRIM
The BS Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (BS HRIM) Program integrates general education courses, functional management courses, as well as the technical courses for the management of hotels, restaurants, and other related institutions. The curriculum seeks to develop value-laden, competent, and productive leaders and entrepreneurs in the food service and lodging industries.
The program Expected Learning Outcomes (2018) of the BS HRIM program:
Work effectively and independently in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary cultural settings;
Act in accordance to professional, social and ethical responsibility;
Promote Filipino historical and cultural heritage;
Select the proper decision-making tools to critically, analytically and creatively solve problems and drive results;
Apply management skills in Hotels, Restaurants and Related Institutions, and
Implement a risk management program to provide a safe and secure environment.
